Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2519 HB 301 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2490) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(FIN) "An Act relating to enforcement of boating safety statutes; amending the termination date of certain statutes relating to the use, operation, and regulation of boats, a uniform state waterway marking system, and civil liability for boat owners; providing for 2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2520 an effective date by amending the effective date of secs. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, 26, and 27, ch. 28, SLA 2000, as amended; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(L&C) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 301(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 301(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 301(FIN)?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 301(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
